eligibility
rankedu is for students using supported university email domains. You must use your own university identity. Duplicate, shared, or transferred accounts may be removed.
one account, one name
Your username is permanent once claimed. It cannot be transferred or reused after deletion. This prevents impersonation, ban evasion, and name recycling.
honesty & accuracy
You agree to provide accurate profile information. Fabricated experience, inflated claims, and impersonation can result in removal. Verified claims receive stronger treatment than unverified claims.
real identity
Profiles must include a real name. You may choose not to show your real name and icon publicly, but your votes count for 25% and your ELO gains are reduced by half.
fair play
Matchmaking is random and server-side. You cannot select opponents. Coordinated voting, burst accounts, automation, and inhuman voting speed may be weighted down or removed.
your data
Your email and phone number are never public. Profile content may appear in battles, leaderboards, and public profile pages. You can delete your account or stop participating.
employer outreach (optional)
If you opt in, vetted employers may contact you when your ranking stands out. You can disable this at any time.
ranking, not judging
rankedu ranks career profiles in competitive contexts. It does not rank personal worth. Harassment, doxxing, or targeted abuse can result in permanent removal.
